Some plastic products have regular shapes and certain measurement planes, which can meet the direct measurement. In this way, the color data can be collected directly on the products, so there is no need to prepare special test samples. However, some products have strange shapes or do not have enough area to complete the measurement. It is necessary to make a test color plate to represent the color of the product for detection.
Some samples have weak hiding power, and some light will pass through the sample, so the sample background will affect the final color data. The transmission measurement can be carried out by using the transmission liquid spectrophotometer CS-810 of CHNSpec technology, and the liquid sample can be measured in a special quartz or glassware.
