1. Thick film ink

Designed to print 200 μ M ink and varnish with upper and lower film thickness. UV ink with 100% solid content is very advantageous for this task. Ink in this field is the exclusive territory of UV ink and varnish. Examples of commodity applications include frames, local posters, etc. another application is the function of setting gaps with the help of ink film thickness.

2. Tactile ink

It refers to the ink with silk luster that feels lubricated and is not easy to be bruised. Of course, it can also be made into a metallic feeling. Designed as an elastic and sexy coating ink, as an example of suitable products, it has a wide range of uses, such as packaging, loose leaf cover, decoration of household appliances, etc.

3. Mirror like ink

Refers to a metallic ink that can be printed into a mirror like bright print. Using metal materials that spend time on shape, it is cleverly oriented into ink. Uses include paneling, simple mirror, flower board, etc. Painting operations such as spraying and roller coating are also under discussion.

4. Scratch resistant varnish

5. Antibacterial ink

6. Sublimation printing ink

It refers to the phenomenon that the solid is directly gasified without liquid after heating, and then directly solidified after cooling. Such substances as dry ice, camphor, etc. many dyes also have sublimation. For example, disperse dyes contain monoazo dyes (yellow to red), onion dyes (green to purple), etc. It has been applied to the printing of cloth and plastic products.

7. Moisture curable ink

After the ink is printed on the substrate, under the action of water vapor, the resin binder in the ink precipitates and precipitates, so that the ink film is fixed and dried. The binder adopts maleic acid resin and trans maleic acid resin with high acid value, and the solvent adopts diols. This ink has fast drying speed and no odor. It is used for photosensitive resin plate and flexographic printing. The ink film is resistant to waxing process. Therefore, it is also commonly used in food packaging printing.
