Spraying technology is widely used in all walks of life, with high production efficiency. It is suitable for manual operation and industrial automation production. It has a wide range of applications, mainly in the fields of hardware, plastics, furniture, military industry, ships and so on. It is a widely used coating method nowadays; For example, the reflective cup of the lamp and the barium sulfate inside the integrating ball are sprayed.
The requirements for the reflectivity of materials after spraying are higher and higher. However, photoelectric integral color measuring instruments can only measure the color information, not the reflection spectrum of the surface. Only spectroscopic color measuring instruments can measure the reflectivity of the object surface at different wavelengths, such as cs-580, CS-600, cs-610 Cs-660 series of spectrophotometer can measure the reflection spectrum of spraying materials.
Take the spraying plate shown in the figure below as an example, and use CS-600 spectrophotometer to measure the reflectivity of the spraying material.
Start up and calibrate the instrument in black and white.
Place the test sample under the test port of the instrument to ensure that the sample is in close contact with the test aperture and prevent ambient light from entering the measurement system.
Press the test key to measure the sample and get the color parameter value, as shown in the figure below
By selecting the display content as spectral reflectance, the spectral reflectance of the sample surface is displayed, as shown in the figure:
Through the up and down keys, you can move the cursor to display the reflectivity at each wavelength, as shown in the figure, 550nm, and the reflectivity is 96.50
Connect the instrument with computer software through USB data cable. After measurement, the software displays the reflection spectrum of the sample and the spectral reflectance of each wavelength. You can save and export the data to excel to keep files for subsequent data analysis.
