The overall step of using the instrument to test is to set the products of one batch as the standard sample, then test the products of another batch, and then compare the color difference of the two batches. As shown in the figure below, take the plastic shell on the left as the standard sample and the one on the right as the sample:
Step 2: after the black-and-white calibration is completed, start the measurement of the standard sample. During the measurement, pay attention to avoid the influence of ambient light and other human factors on the measurement results. Press the "print" key, first locate the measurement area with the image, then press the "test" key, and then complete the measurement after "dripping" sound to view the test results;
Step 3: after the above standard sample is measured and saved, start measuring another batch of samples. Press the "menu" key to enter the "sample measurement" interface under the standard sample. Press the "test" key to measure. After the "drop" sound, complete the color difference measurement and view the measurement results;
Finally, the data comparison between the two batches of products can be obtained. It can be seen from the data comparison that the color difference between samples is very small, the color difference between batches of plastic shell of remote controller produced by the manufacturer is small, and the samples are qualified.
