Recently, the General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China (AQSIQ) issued the 2014 project initiation plan for special scientific research projects in quality inspection public welfare industries. As a research unit,CHNSpec technology has undertaken the special scientific research fund project of public welfare industry "Research on key technologies for quality and safety testing of leather and products". The project has been approved by the National Quality Inspection Institute.
Color control and color fastness detection are the key links in the production and quality control of leather, textile and other products. In these product performance indexes, nearly 1 / 2 of the parameters are related to color accuracy and color fastness. Therefore, the objective digital evaluation of color and color fastness quality of leather products is very important. At present, the color matching and color fastness evaluation of leather products are still based on manual experience, which is not only time-consuming, high consumables and labor costs, but also greatly affected by subjective factors. The results vary greatly among different personnel, laboratories and environments, resulting in quality disputes repeatedly. Taking leather as the research object, this project establishes the computer color matching theory and method of leather dyeing and finishing from the optical point of view. Combined with the actual production characteristics, it realizes the computer online color measurement and color matching of leather dyeing and finishing, as well as the digital rapid evaluation of leather color; On the basis of studying the impact on the accuracy of instrument rating, establish instrument evaluation methods and standards consistent with the visual evaluation effect, build a new instrument rating color fastness model, and independently develop corresponding software and devices to improve the modernization level of enterprise process and quality control and testing institutions.
The successful implementation of the project can not only improve the technical level of the domestic leather industry, but also is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market. It plays an exemplary role in the industry and can realize industrialization; Moreover, it can also provide fast and convenient testing equipment with accurate and consistent results for relevant testing institutions in China, and also provide technical support for enterprise product quality control.
The approval of this project is a major affirmation of the technical strength of CHNSpec technology in the field of color measurement. The spectrophotometer series products launched by CHNSpec break through the current situation that domestic color measuring instruments were only used in quality control, and extend the use of domestic spectrophotometer to color matching application.
